I'm not arguing the points made about pricing only pointing out that Laser,
LA and Simply *DO* support the UKHA scene and community and I, personally,
feel that we should reciprocate that favour. Li, Mike, Phil and Darren have
all put a lot of effort into UKHA over the years both financially and in
terms of support and I think we owe them at least a mention, that's all I'm
saying.

As for Unbeatable, yes I have heard stuff that wasn't so good as well and I
wouldn't use them on that basis but the question remains, what has any

retailer done to help us or support the community here?=20

Quite honestly, I can say hand on heart, that other then the X10 modules
that Homebase gave away near enough a year or so ago I have never bought a
new bit of HA kit that wasn't from Laser or LA and I don't intend to change
that anytime soon either even if it does cost me an extra =A315 or
somethin=

every now and again!

The other thing is that I know both Laser and LA will let you swap stuff if
you find it unsuitable, in many cases I've even seen or heard of them
refun=

customers on that basis without quibble, I'd like to see many an etailer
even match that performance and the speed of service and/or support from
either. In fact it's not uncommon for either to give stuff to known
customers to try before buying, without commitment or payment! Quite
honestly if you find people that are as nice to deal with as that you hang
on to the number or url.

So had you bought the remote and thought that you didn't like it chance are
you could have returned it without an issue. Not a huge point I admit, but
it's the little things that count at times. ;)
