[OT] Running office xp and access 97 together

Afternoon,

I am planning an Office XP roll out at work, but we have some databases
that
still need to be used in Access 97.  These will be upsized to an SQL 2000
server soon, so we don't want to have to spend the time converting to XP.

Are there any problems with running Office XP Standard (ie WITHOUT access)
and Access 97 on the same single partition system??
