Oh yes, absolutely enthralling viewing. Shame about the rain on
Saturday.

To attempt an HA related link with the Tour, whilst I never looked
into this, are there any Internet radio stations I could somehow feed
to a Rio or SliMP3 perhaps that followed the race? How about RSS/RDF
news feeds of the same? Maybe in time for next year I'll be setup
better...

That's the sort of thing that might be quite entertaining to flash up
on home display devices, especially if a TiVo was actively sitting on
live coverage of an event, meaning you could turn your attention to a
moment, reviewing something from the last 30mins say...

Oh, okay, it's a bit reaching for the HA content there... ;-)
