I tried hard to do this for a long time, but last year I realised it's just
impossible. The fact that membership continues to grow steadily (911 as of
right now) means we're getting it right most of the time.
Since appointing the co-moderators my job has got much easier. Thanks to
them, and the improved general self-moderation of members themselves, I
think we're doing pretty well.
As ever, this thread is now contributing to the volume of OT posts more
than
most. So lets end it here. If you'd like to add any comments please email
me off list.
