The sales pitch is very forthright though...

and

"Network Architecture: Supports Ad-Hoc Mode (Peer-to-Peer without
Access Point) or Infrastructure Mode "

Time to fire off an e-mail to their sales desk and extract a "yout
money back it doesn't work" guarantee.
