Re: Garden LED Deck Lights

Hi Jim

Depending on brightness LED's go for about a quid a shot in either blue or=
=20
white. A transformer is cheap enough and making a distribution box and=20
adding a resistor or ten is all cheap. The problems arise with the=20
mounting. The ones in the picture have nice lenses to diffuse the light=20
and all the other bits needed. If you can make something you like and that=
=20
does the job here then you are in with a shot. Have a hunt round and let=20
us (me) know how you get on. I have put something similar together on my=20
site - www.mollyology.com then projects then garden lighting.

I have no idea on competitive products I'm afraid.

Subject: [ukha_d] Garden LED Deck Lights

Hi,

Just been looking through www.dig-it.co.uk and came across these

http://www.dig-it.co.uk/PlantInfo2.asp?code=3Dmm-18199

Which seem to be a set of four white or blue LED deck lights for the=20
garden

BUT they are =A369.99 - anyone know of anywhere cheaper as =A370 seems
alot=
=20
for a transformer
and four LEDS :-)

Cheers

Jim
