You need to set outgoing server to mail.o2hoster.co.uk and use smtp
authentication on outbound mail with same username and pass as you poll for
pop3.  Also make sure you do everything in lowercase in username, as it
wont
work otherwise :)

I've never looked into this, but I always get a 'Relaying denied'
message when I attempt to send via my O2 account.
