We don't JUST use RBL type of lists to filter spam. At the moment, each
incoming e-mail passes through about 25 checks before being allowed in.
Even with that level of filtering, we are still getting 20 or 30 spams a
day.

There is NOTHING out there that can prevent all spam. Spam, after all, is
simply unsolicited e-mail. Unless the sender is vetted against an
allowable list, I can't see a sure way to prevent the problem.
