I have just checked the IP on relays.osirusoft.com and found the following
comment against the IP:
"(127.0.0.3) 81.86.162.110 is DNSbl listed. by
dialups.relays.osirusoft.com
Requests for modifications can be made by submissions to http://relays.osirusoft.com/contact/
This zone is for Dynamic IP Space that have been an injection point for
spam. Please use
your ISP's server instead."
It appears that a range of dynamic IP addresses, to which your IP address
belongs, has been identified as an injection point for spam.
