So what? The top selling hi-fi systems don't have optical out, does that
mean optical out is useless?
Frames, if used correctly, can provide functionality that you simply
can't get without them. Main example of this are web applications, such
as Outlook web mail, Google Groups and Blogger.
Frames have their uses. Anyone who writes them off totally is very
ill-informed of many aspects of web development.
