Did mine last night in the following order

1) 40 to 120Gb copy and upgrade
2) TurboNet install and put drivers on new 120Gb disk
3) Put disk back into Tivo, plugged in all in and installed joe via ftp and
telnet
4) Updated phone settings for NTL cable
3) TiVoWeb install (there is a issue with the User Interface, you need a
new file for it, see Kevin's message to me from late last night)

Followed Tony's instructions (www.freeranger.co.uk) to the letter all done
and dusted in one evening.
