Out of interest what problem did you have with their kit?

The problem with LinkSys is the support you receive if the product does
not perform to spec, its taken me a year to resolve a issue with them.

They have offered zero compensation despite accepting the problem is
100% there making, but they have aggreed to swap product, I have spent
what must total of several days on the phone etc.
