My watering setup uses one of Ian's early prototype relay boards connected
into HomeVision and switches on 12v valves.  Having HV controlling it has
allowed me to link in a rain bucket to adjust the watering level according
to the rain fall each day.  Not quite a moisture sensor but work reasonable
well.
