I have just replaced my fan on my M10000 Via C3 card with a papst one.
It is very quiet. I bought it from here :-

http://www.pcsilent.de/en/products/papst.asp

The fan comes with only two wires attached, but there is a solder pad on
the fan for the third speed monitoring wire. I connected this and the
motherboard firmware displays the fan rpm. (Which I thought that I would
lose by changing from original)

I also changed the one inside the psu and the case. End result...I still
have three fans, but system is vastly quieter.
