It's MachineMart code 010916213, =A319.92 inc VAT. Display shows: -

# time & day of week
# voltage & frequency
# consumption in amps, cos =F3 & watts
# total consumption during measuring time
# total cost
# cost of electricity in KWh

(so the book says)
