One to stay clear of, is Quik Internet.
They have a variety of half decent packages, but reliability is dire.

I too would love to find a solution, currently also using 64kb ISDN on
Freeserves Anytime package but at peak times logging on is becoming more
and more of a problem :-(
Surely their must be something out there for us non ASDL enabled people?
