So I suppose (from the wandsworth website) that these give 2 and 4 outlets, but in units 2 and 4 standard sockets wide? (These are in the series 3 range BTW)
You can't seem to get pictures of these on the site.

The videk site (thanks Nick)
has tons of stuff, but not 'decorative' to suit SWMBO. Perhaps the head will rule the heart this time!

Have you ever used the Wandsworth outlets before? I’ve seen them fitted in a couple of newly built houses recently, and due to the fact that all the outlets (TV, RJ45, LJU) were singles, most rooms have a bad case of wall acne.

Do Wandworth do faceplates that contain more than 1 outlet? I had a quick look at the web-site and didn’t see any in the classic series 2 range.

One of the houses had a Lynx system, for which they had got the control pad faceplates made by Wandsworth to match the rest of the house, BUT getting only 4 or 5 of these made cost around £1.5K (and about 3 goes at making them by Wandsworth).

On top of that, the brushed SS faceplates didn’t look as good in the houses as they do on the web-site.

How about using Clipsal’s E or E2000 series – they aren’t flush fitting and don’t come in SS, but you can get up to 5 modules into a single gang faceplate.

Check out http://www.teeco.com/cgi-bin/getcats.x4b?fac=7&range=all
and look at their easy-clip range.
Not cheap when you add it all up, but fairly flexible look quite good.
B&Q used to do them, but not any more.  Try your nearest City Electrical
Factors (despite appearances, the teeco website does not do online orders).

Alternatively, for the dogs hairy bits, go to
http://www.wandsworth-electrical.co.uk/flash.html and navigate through their
product catalog to look at electrical accessories, classic series 2

CEF should probably be able to do them also.

HTH,

Tony
