Homeseer script writing

This is aimed at all you script writers or wannabee writers out there.

Is there a simple development environment (preferably free) that I can
use
to develop some applications using VBScript under Homeseer?

I can manage a few scripts but find debugging and testing very
frustrating
having been used to an integrated IDE for the likes of Borland and
Microsoft
C etc where I can set breakpoints and check values in variables etc.
