2.4 for Vr is a bit high, typically its in the region 1.9-2.2, the blue
ones tend to be higher (I don't know why) but I fully agree look at the
spec sheet, also note that the light output from a led is non linear, so
unless you really need a bright led there in not much point going much
beyond the spec for If Typ.
