Hi Mark
                When you say we lost a phase are you  referring to your
house or houses in the area....... Do you have multi phase in your place ?
RS Components make 3 phase failure sequence , under voltage,overvoltage plus
time delay relay........you would also need a contactor to switch your mains
as this module only monitors the mains..........Part no  3 wire  361 -1669
...4 wire 361 1653 (4 wire monitors neutral as well)  approx  $150.00 ( plus
contactor)........
