                I wouldnt go using a microwave sensor in a flat as it
can
pick up movement thru walls etc....... (flat next door )A 360 degree
would
need to be mounted in the centre  of a room to give proper coverage ,the
180
degree is the best bet IMO and mount it such that someone walking into a
room walks acroos the face so to speak and not directly into the
sensor.................
