OT - URGENT recording from BBC radio player?

Very OT but I'm clutching at straws!

I got married yesterday afternoon and had a mention for my wife on 
Jonathan Ross's show yesterday, neither of us heard but I have found 
it on the BBC website and it's BBC Radio Player feature.

Problem is I would like to keep acopy of it, I'm sure there are 
numerous copyright issues, but can anyone tell me how to record it on 
to my harddrive and I'll burn a cd on my return from honeymoon, not 
worried about file size the moment.

Second problem is that I leave for the honeymoon in 3 hours time! 
The show will not be on the BBC when we return!

Any help in basic instructions would be fantastic and prolong the 
smile on Pamela's face!
