At last I have got it working!!! I had been told by Compaq that it would
not work so I gave up but it turned out to be the on-board graphics chip
causing the problem! the amount of work I have put into sorting this!

Also not forgetting to un-install Terminal Services which will stop the TV
capture card from working! as detailed on the ATI web site...

Christian, this card of yours sounds interesting, I will have a look
tomorrow, or should that be later today.....

Actually I should correct that statement, the video works by loading

drivers in Safe-Mode, but the TV/Composite bit locks the server as soon as

try to install or run the software.

So to the question, can anyone suggest a PCI card that can capture
composite
in?
