Seems like an LJU is the bit you stick the plug into - I was close though...
 
Looks like you need a : BT631A Six way Telephone IDC Line Plugs with 'A' polarisation, IDC termination, strain relief and a right hand latch.
Or you could just ask for a BT phone plug I guess.   :o)
