CPC do one for about 15 quid. It is adjustable and has a relay output. It is not enclosed so you would have to mount it. I have some of the units somewhere but no CPC catalogue.

Does any know of a "cheap" light sensor/photocell that would be suitable for outdoor use and can be used with Comfort or Homevision?
