And my
two
pence worth, they give excellent after service care, I’ve used 121
(when it was
121) and cellnet, which, IMHO, are utterly rubbish, the after-care
departments
should be re-labelled ‘after pi$$ you off’
service..
When I
had
an orange contract phone (private not thru corporate) I dropped my phone
(7110 …
when they were new and cool) I new one turned up the next day. And when I
lost
another the replacement, likewise, a new one was sent to me the next
working
day. I found them to be very helpful (and as I’d got lots of reward
points, I even
got a free space hopper, how cool is that
!)
When I
moved
out I had to use 121 (no orange signal where I live) I lost that phone,
they
sent me a sim card and said “well, we don’t have a record of
any insurance with
us” so I said “I’ll fax you the agreement” …
I ended up with no replacement
phone, and as I cancelled my contract, a hefty bill to
pay.
I’ll
shut
up now!

Let this be a lesson to us all that we should all go on Orange
where
they give you free insurance
