I'm not entirely convinced of my own abilities here, but I'll give it a go.
I guess I'm at the "trying a few, for the garden" stage.

Could you put me down for 4 off of each of the following:

I assume that all I need to test is a wallwart, some wire, and a couple of
resistors. What spec wallwart will I need?

Apologies for the long email.  As per the subject this bulk buy is
closing
at 10am tommorrow morning so if you want any of these leds please let
me
know as soon as possible so I can make the order.  As you can see from
the
listing below for some of the leds we have a good number wanted hence
making
reasonable savings.  Shipping will be 15 dollars which is virtually
none and
we are hoping to avoid import duties and the like.
