AIUI, the easy way is HV, but then I have no experience of
trying
this with a PC.

For that you need a PC 24/7 running a TTS able piece of
software
which is not a problem to you given (2)

No, but from what I’m told it’s not really worth
the
money.

for hv, but can its interfacing capabilities be matched using separate
pieces of kit, if so which ones
No idea, it all seemed too flaky and too much hassle to me TBH,
plus by the time you dedicated a PC and all the bits from scratch you were
near
enough at the price of HV anyway which IMO makes a better, easier job of
things.
- Does homeseer
work with hv ?
There is a plug-in for HS to work with HV but other that a
quick
try with HS I haven’t really used it as I chose to go down the ACE
route.
