>From the sounds of it, that was a gesture of goodwill on Dixons part in
order to save face. I haven't seen the Dixon's T&Cs but that may not
have necessarily get them off the hook. You can't have unlawful or
unjust T&Cs.

The Kodak example was more important financially as 10,000 people
ordered the cameras whereas I'd imagine but even 1% of that figure
ordered the Dixons TV.
