You receive =A345,000,000. I = receive only =A310,000,000 - a fair fee, I feel for the services I'm provid= ing.

Obviously, the new owner sort of gets it in the shorts, as do the customers= once the new owner realises they only have loss-making customers - but heh= , the new owner's a telco, and the customers are rubes.
