If the transformer is the wall wort type, then best thing to do would be
to
throw them away and just get new ones from craplins here.

This is a question for those handing with a soldering iron....

The charger that comes with the Roomba is 120 vac 60 HZ 0.3 A and the
output
is 24 VDC 500 MA (or maybe 400ma, the answers I'm getting back do
vary).  Is
it possible to mod this to 240V?
