linux: VIA EPIA mini-ITX: software: framebuffer driver & tvout

I've a console framebuffer for the VIA EPIA if anyone fancies beta
testing it. This time, it comes with TV out support. Truly, 'tis a thing
of beauty. Although somewhat small on the cheapo Playstation LCD I'm
using ;)

A console framebuffer driver like this will allow you to do high res
graphics without using X. I want to avoid X because I don't want to wait
50 seconds for it to boot every time I get in the car and want some tunes.

I've had a bit of a lover's tiff with the guy who maintains tridentfb,
which was where I originally intended to incorporate this stuff, so I've
rewritten it as a separate dedicated driver. The advantage is that it
has none of the generic trident or LCD baggage.

For my next trick, I'll be writing an EPIA driver for some sort of
higher level graphics API. Currently I favour DirectFB, but if anybody
has any thoughts on the subject please let me know.

cheers
