I can confirm the bt business satellite is shit, a mate had it installed and had nothing but hassle with it.  He's managed to get the contract<= BR> cancel and =A32000 compensation and he's still waiting for them to take
the uplink station of the side of his house!

Yup, I hadn't realised that that was the two-way deal of theirs when I
read it.

However given the problems you describe and the poor reliability, not to mention the woeful backup I think I'll pass. ;)
