www.linitx.com and www.flashmemory.com.au have CF -> IDE adapters.
You
just plug it into an EIDE port as normal and it is recognised as a
PIO2 device.

LinITX are here in the UK and FM in Australia (search for
"ide,adapter" to find the item).
