At the risk of agreeing with Gerard twice in one month, and thus putting the fabric of Phil's reality under a strain it may not be able to bear...

Well, I could have a stab at defining "on a backbone", and I don't see anything that talks about having 6.5Gb of backbone capacity.

      errr, I can count 6 x 1 gigabit links there plus an oc3 and a ds3.
     
      Rounds to 6.5 Gigabit to me!
