I'm biased because I own one :-)

Loewe do indeed make exceptional TVs.

It's kind of odd that, while the British Hi-Fi industry is great at
high-end audio, there isn't really a hi-end TV industry in the same way -
for that we have to turn to Europe.

However, as Nick says, Loewe is not a budget manufacturer - as ever, you
get what you pay for.

'cause we sell them) although
      at over ?700, it's not everyone's idea of a
