I have found a nice LCD display which I would like to use for HA status, the
problem is it needs an RS232 driver circuit using a Max232 chip to make it work
with a PC.
This is beyond me, so I was wondering if any of you electronics wizards on the
list would be prepared to knock something up for me on a bit of strip board? If
so, how much would you want for your trouble?

the circuit looks like this:

Reply off list if you prefer.

Cheers,
Justin.
