Thanks for the reminder Doogie - I'd forgotten all that.
I had a problem with my original iPaq which was replaced and I couldn't
work
out why I couldn't restore the backup - turned out to be the regional
settings in the end - how stupid is that?
I don't trust any of these backup/syncy things these days, so a direct
file
copy is definitely on the cards :-)
