Scart pins

I got my nice new scart-to-phono cable home, to find that they have wired
it
'in to' the scart, rather that 'out of' the plug that my new TIVO
needs.

So I need to swap the video pin around (dont need the audio, as I am
using
the external phonos). As I am not very good with the iron, is it possible
to
remove the two pins, and swap them around.

The pins are pretty loose, but do not give if pulled. I am sure they
will
come out, but am unsure of the technique.
