[OT] - motherboard recommendation?

Sorry for the OT, but hey, I will be running my HA test rig on this PC...

Having bought one of these at the weekend:

http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=32568

I now need to buy a micro-ATX motherboard to go in it... (I hadn't realised
at the time that it is uATX, as it's a full-size desktop case!)

I *had* planned to just do a straight transplant of my existing PC into it,
and I'd still like to recycle all the other components (CPU, RAM etc.)

So I'm looking for recommendations for a uATX motherboard which must have
the following characteristics:

- Socket A (for an Athlon XP 1400+)
- DDR Ram (don't mind if it is dual-standard board, so long as I can use my
existing stick of DDR)

being uATX means by definition it should have on-board sound and VGA, but
on-board LAN is optional, - I would prefer on-board LAN if possible, but
it's not absolutely essential.

RAID is irrelevant to me, as this machine will only have 1 HDD in it.

USB2.0 and/or firewire, would both be nice-to-have's...

I'm not looking for a search and selection here, I can do that myself (and
I
already have a list of about 6 I am considering), - what I *am* after here
is personal recommendations...

TIA guys.

Paul G.
