Probably not !

Telephone wiring in a commercial environment is done over normal CAT5
Structured Wiring.

Adapters at the telephone end convert the RJ45 into a Plug 431A for the
phone. At the patch panel the incoming phone lines are wired directly to a
strip of sockets and patched to the relevant outlet.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a 20/24 port patch panel with BT
type LJU sockets as opposed to RJ45?
I've done a web search but can only find RJ45 type panels.
