Just use a large-ish flat head screwdriver. You can push the rear
panel in a bit, insert head of screwdriver under lid, then lever
gently back at 2 or 3 spots. Easy. :-)

I think it's the earlier TiVo's that were 2 drives??? All the ones
I've seen lately have (luckily!) been 1 drive, so easier to upgrade I
guess?
