Worth noting that Tivo-Web gives you a web based remote 
control "peanut". You can use Tivo-web /without/ a tivonet
interface 
if you run ppp over the serial port - Win/NT's RAS should be able to 
reciprocate OK, giving a through network connection, although I've 
not done it this way myself.
