Perhaps, but then, surely you install a beta product at your own risk etc,
so if you damage it then u pay to fix it?
If it was an 'official' release then I guess fair enough, though TB really
should have _something_ in place to get the things fixed this side of the
water - otherwise _someone_ is going to be paying a lot in shipping charges
to and from the US :(

In this case, the silly thing is that the euro-tron ships with 3.0 with
loads of lovely features, and 3.01 doesn't really introduce anything new so
is hardly an 'essential' upgrade......

LOL, _I'm_ not the one with the paperweight Li, so no I'm not having
nightmares.
Just don't like to see ppl being stiffed.
