Sky right now are chasing up those of us with second Sky boxes that

connected them to the phone line, they'll add =A320/month to your bill if

don't connect the boxes back up. I'm just past my 1 year anniversary of
installing the two boxes, so think it's related to that.
I've heard rumours to the effect that the PPV information is stored in the

box
rather than sent immediately, so they want to clear that out (and of
course=
bill you) once a year. A friend of a colleague allegedly had a hooky box
he=
connected up to the phone line a few months back and suddenly got hit with
=
=A3600 bill for PPV for the last year.
