RE: Ceiling Speakers

My audio source is the pc (mp3's, radio, TV, cd's) into a (very) old
wharfdale amp. I use the 5" ones in the bathroom and they're fine.

Just out of interest, what are you guys using to drive the speakers (amp etc)?

I've used the ones from Henry's
  (http= ://www.henrys.co.uk/PA/ceiling_speaker02.html) in my bathroom,

I like them, they're not flat but they are white and sound good. I'm= no
audiophile, but I know what I like in the terms of what's coming out= of
the
  speakers.

I plan to install in all upstairs rooms AND the kitchen (and that's = with
  SWMBO approval!!) :)

  Hi All

Can anyone recommend a good ceiling speaker. I'm looking to put a nu= mber
in my 1st floor rooms, which includes two bathrooms, so I'd thought = it's
be better to go for waterproof ones.... Is it better to go for water= proof
throughout, or for performance is it better to some waterproof and s= ome
not? I don't really mind if they are circular or rectangular, apart = from
the fact that round ones are easier to fit.

I know that TLC do a pair of water resistant speakers for =A330 - ha= s
anyone used these before? And QED sell a set (CS230HQ), but they see= m
vastly overpriced, as there doesn't appear to be anything special ab= out
  them.

  Thanks in advance.

  Jonesie
