They have yet to reply to my question as to what unreasonable use
consitutes
- although I am really in no position to complain as I am permanently
connected.
I did get a standard bulk email from Fast24 last week applogising for
the
terrible levels of service provision and stating they were going to
terminate the contracts of the top users to free up 20% of the ports.
Which
to be honest sounds like a reasonable step for improving service for
everyone, just doesn't help me much.

back in January they said that 16 hours a day was OK...
