Thanks for replying in such good detail. As always I'm short for time so
my reply was 'poor' in comparison.

Just to re-iterate one point from Kevin's post;

It's instantaneous and it works every time. Off course there is still a
place for x-10 in some situations but if you want 100% reliability and
fantastic control options then c-bus is the way to go IMHO.

And the Neo switches are just plain sexy! Those blue neon's do it for me
every time I walk past a switch!
