No, I'm not.  You can't get big enough prints with a standard film fro= m
jessops/boots etc.

Actually, they do say:
"We charge the same price regardless of the print formats you have cho= sen!"
in pretty large letters on their website.

So that's 7.99 for a set of approx 12" x 4" prints.
The largest size they do in a 1st print run of standard prints is 9" x= 6" -
not wide enough.
So you have to pay to get the film developed normally AND you then have to<= BR> pay to reprint at 12 x 8 in fact to get the same sort of image once you cut=
it down.

So, to get the 12 x 4-ish images required, dad-in-law needs to find a
specialist developer, send off his 35mm film, and buy a guillotine or be very careful with a scissors to get those panoramic shots.
OR I can him get an APS camera which pretty much any high street photo shop=
can handle, probably same day or next day at worst, and get them printed in=
the panoramic size required?

hmm.... let me see.... the old boy wants a camera that is _less_ hassle tha= n
his existing one.
The former scenario does not strike me as less hassle.....

Tony.
