Open the AudioHQ applet, and then the Environmental Audio utility. Go to
the source page. Add reverb to the mic input.

Alternatively, if your karaoke software supports DirectX or VST plugins
then you'll prolly find about a bazillion reverb (among others) patches
on the net.
